This feature ensures that visually impaired and blind users can navigate retail spaces confidently and independently, significantly enhancing workplace efficiency and autonomy.
Positioning of products, shelves, rows and POIs
Users can obtain precise text information on the location of a product, a shelf, a row or a POI in three different ways and then add these objects to their navigation list: By text search, scan via LUZIA AI, or by scanning a shelf and further selecting products in a specific row. POIs are added to the navigation list through QR code scans or text searches.
Instant Navigation
If a user does not want to or does not need to create a task, they can also be immediately guided immediately to a product, shelf, row or POI, ensuring quick orientation and navigation in everyday working life.
Step-by-Step
Navigation
The navigation provides accurate guidance to the desired location step-by-step – either via text to be read and heard or visually by easy, clear and fast perceptible symbols, including accurate warnings regarding crossings or the imminent arrival.
Navigation Lists
Once a product, shelf, row, or POI has been localised, it can be added to a navigation, which is reflected in the module Task Management as a new sub-task.
Flexible Start Point Selection
Users can determine their position by scanning any barcode or QR code.
Customisable Navigation
Options
Navigation can be used with or without audio output and is compatible with VoiceOver and TalkBack, offering additional haptic feedback through vibrations.
Intelligent Routing System
The user can choose between two routes: She/he can either take the shorter route or the one with the least turns, making the system adaptive to the type of work, the tasks, the frequence of customers and the current well-being.
