Depending on the customer’s location and the need, we are happy to provide support either onsite training of the employees, video tutorials, phone calls or video conferences. In any way, you will feel supported by us by all means.

How do we get started with implementing your solution for our organisation?

Just contact our sales team and we will get back to you with the next steps as well as you will get access to our Admin Panel, the management tool for your company, where you will also be able to buy and activate subscriptions. You will either need a floor plan or create it as well to upload it for our navigation module as well as you need to have files ready with the needed data to integrate such as products, POIs, employees etc. But do not worry, we will smoothly guide you through the set-up process in no time!
